ok so im starting to tear down here and create as little disturbance to the plants as i can while i do this. so i need to work quickly.
ill take shots as i go here showing the venting and what im up to.
first build will be the new veg erea. its just a regular apartment type closet and ill be enclosing it to house to seperate chambers. 1 for moms and 1 for other like cloning or over flow.
ill be using the t8` and as many of the cfl`s as i can get in there comfortable. first in will be the 125 watt cfl.
total erea im using in there will be about 7 foot tall x 4 foot wide and 3 foot deep. this will be split in half for an up and down separation.

well i have only been at this about a couple hours and ive already changed the design 3 times....lol
i was just going to be turning the cab i built on its side and fit right in.....ya if the walls where square....lol
so ive got to dissmantle the whole cab and rebuild it inside the closet opening.
im sure the design will be changing even more as i go. i need to get all my veg int he closet erea to open the whole floor up for a 6 x 9 flowering room, then im good for space and can fit my work table in there outside the room.

ok so far ive got the walls up ans fan installed. ill probably only get 75% done tonight. need a couple little things here and there. so tomorrow it will be done
ive used a 1 gal pot and a coffee can to get my hose at the right size to mount to the upper exhaust fan. ill see if this one is enough to vent both rooms. i have another one here if needed. the fan is a muffin fan from a studio amp, heavy duty. its 110 cfm, running 4 inch lines for this one.
havent figured if ill put the flouros up top or the cfl`s.

ok im done for the night. im beat. and hands have nice blisters now. my cordless is dead right now. all hand screwed..
ive pretty much got the top half done now. had to finish up quick to get lights hung and turned on for the poor abused ones.
ill be able to get done for the most part tomorrow. a door is going to be the next designing headache. needs to be absolutly sealed. i may eventualy breed in here so im going extra heavy on the sealing it up
looking nice and clean man,,,,toe_kin2

der was a feller over at rolli.
I think it was panhead { I could be wrong }
but he used those cheep handywhipes ya wash dishes with
just stiched em together as his filter bag.
it was really a clevor trick an enough air passes threw them
that it worked pretty slick. or a 5 gallon paint straining bag
I know dat works. depending on your thread count pillow case
may be to tight a weave. but a sheer curtian would work.
{woops der go's GA neighbors drapes...
MORNING glad to see you have your new room going together so well.

wow what an expensive day today was...i got the rest....or what i think is the rest to finish the rooms. and all the wood to frame the new erea.
20- 2x3
its funny. the 2x3 are 1.49 each....these are 8 footers. and the 1 x 3 is 2.22
why would less wood same type be more money...thats messed up. i asked about it and they couldnt give an answer
anyways new 1000 watt hps bulb here now. so dropped another 400 today on shit to get it done....ouch, that hurt.
ill get baqck to it tomorrow, im beat

heres where im at now. door on hinges now and all foam taped sealed jams for my polenating...
tomorrow a couple boards for it and its done. then later tomorrow i get on the big room
right now im sitting here wiring up a ballast for the big room. dam i have schematics been a while

so now im sitting here looking at 2 1000 watt hps ballast...Hmmmmm
i think 2400 is a bit much in a 6 x 8 room. my fan has no specs on it to see the cfm. i think it may be able to be good enough to cool. Hmmmmmm
i do like to say go big or go home....ill have to sleep on this one

ok almost done. couple more hours today and i should be lighting up the new shit. ill only be using the 1000 watt for now. i need a few more items to fire them both up. so for now i put the 1000 watt hps bulb into my hood i had the 400 in. bit more hose and wiring to get the other going. not sure what ill do for a hodd yet for the 430, maybe even just a bat wing type round reflector,,,not sure. or even o reflector at al till i can afford one. depends on how well this fan is going to work.

ok light is running now, need to go get some metal tape to seal all the duct work. dont waste your time using anything else for venting. it wont last with the humidity and heat. and the only stuff for the walls ive found works is the red tape we use in construction for insulation barriers.
so ill get this stuff and get it all finalized and ill clean up and do a video of all the new toys i have to play with. wow this cost me 700.00 since wednesday. they better be dam happy is all i got to say.,mjaybe this will be the fiorst women that appreciate the money i spend on them....lol

greenacres
11-21-2009, 05:29 PM
yes sir., that is black white or panda. whatever you wan tto call it. i bought a 100 foot by 10 foot roll for 60 bucks. great stuff , easy to wash if needed and reusable relay if desparate. ive gone through 2 rolls since being here. still half or so on this last one. yes its at the hydro shop. sometimes homo depot to. i think this one was 6 or 8 mill`s.
ok i think this all done now. im running a test now for temps and humidity. seems ok so far 82 and 45% a tad high on heat but im working my inttke holes now.
im doing a little clean up here now and ill shoot a tour video of all the new set ups.,
these big assed sour diesel are going to love the new bigger lighting

you gonna see a huge difference with that 1000w. you got daylight now.
