Wanting the run down on basic PH ya'll are running ur coco in. As well As how i should administer my nutes thru stages.. Everyone says this is just like hydro.
Do the same rules apply?
Also does anyone here recycle there hydro water for feeding in coco?
Need help pretty quick i just slammed one of my plants in a pot haha. YEyah.

Im using botanicaire pro grow and bloom. Liquid karma. Kool bloom. Ive been using natures nectar in flower in my dwc. Also have some cal-mag. Going to pick up some Big bud on mareds suggestion.
Curious what my PH should be right now. I transplanted one of my SSD already.I went with the 6.4. Its already too late but its been an hour or so. Do I need to ph it down?

ok well i use soiless medium and i use the pure blend pro line for soil.
veg...bloom. cal-mag+, liquid karma. and i keep mine at about 5.8 to 6.3 for when im nutting. then when i water i do a 6.3 to 6.5.
mix the nutes then ph it and let it sit for about 15 min or so then recheck it. sometimes it changes.
dont use ph up and if it is off then ph down. i dump my batch and start over.

and for your hydro i might try down as low as 5.5 up to 6 for ph.
but i have never done hydro. but have read enough on it. and yes hydro is very similar ph levels as soiless.

Awesome GA i got the brick of coco. It actually says hydroponics on it. Wierd. Im using the exact same nutes as u. Thats pretty much exactly what i needed man.
Was curious. Do u feed with nutes everytime u water or do u skip like using soil?
Also when u say salts. Do u have a specific harmfull salinity level? I ask because im curious if u think i could dilute and add to my hydro water to make it reusable. Just trying to conserve. Ive got some fancy salinity gadgets i use in my salt fish tanks.

no. never reuse the water. it will fuk you up real fast.
anything not used up as in nutes by the plants will be a salt and burn them when adding more fresh stuff.
i have been using it more and more each grow i do to see how much they can handle and so far i can do a feed each time and about every 4th or 5th feed i flush the shit out of it. with 6.5 ph`d water. but you are in water so it may not be able to do the same. i also have gone almost another half the full dose on certain strains to.
i believe others have posted a ph nutrient avaliablity chart in here somewhere or i would have. it will show you when and why to adjust your ph levels. most nuts are more avaliable to the plants at about a 5.5 up to a 6 or a tad higher for your set up then the only one realy that is higher is cal-mag. so with the cal-mag in the bottle it will allow for more to be there at the lower ph as the rest are.
if you cant find these charts let me know and ill post more on the subject.

I think SP has this chart.Im going to have to read up on this now. Been meaning to. I see about the nutes now. Thanks i wont be re-using them.
Got alot to learn lol im gonna stick to these basic facts right now haha. Thanks man im gonna get this nutrient stuff down at least to where im no longer dangerous to my plants i guess. Seems like i have the basics but ya'll r really making things start to click. Respects GA.

no problems. once it does realy click it will show in the plants and this becomes just so much easier. then the fun begins.

Im back haha..
Really not that funny. Just wanted a second opinion. Dunno whats up but my leaves are droopy as fawk on me coco plants. I just transplanted to the 20 oz cup yesterday it seemed to help a little but WTF am I doing wrong?
Been watering about everyother day till water comes out the bottom's. No signs of nute stress just soggy leaves.Do i need more lamp? Or too much water?. Got 2X42 watt daylight and 2X 23 watt daylight on um right now.
Seem's like these things are taking forever to veg I think they are about 2 weeks old. 4-6 nodes just small as fawk.
Thanks for the input in advance.

less water dl. I had that issue my first grow with it. When my plants got to be 8-9 inches high I could water 16oz cups twice daily.

i really like 5.8 for all hydro coco and aero
works amazing and gives u a nice buffer each way
just my opinion though
if people have the patience they should really try aero.....even just one unit
fast growth

Thanks kochab just needed a second opinion haha. Been watering once a day sometimes not alot but the coco did feel a bit wet when i transplanted into the bigger cup's..Gonna tone it down and water a good shot every 3 days. And watch the fan leaves i guess. I should know when the leaves start reaching for the lamp again and just wait an extra day.

Hey dago thanks for the input.. My Ph on my coco has been staying around 5.8.Same as my DWC unit's. Dude i really like this coco man. Its my first run at it. Absoloutely ill be putting a sort of DWC/Aero cloner together here in a bit to veg clones pot-less i guess and toss um in the coco.. Ive got a plant flowering in coco right now and its doing awesome very hard to overwater a bag full of roots lol.
Thanks for the input guys ill update this in a day or 2.

Nothing good just got worse dude's.. Noticed this spotting on the leaves and immediately went into flush mode real fast and flushed and dunno if that was the best thing to do..?
What are the spots in this picture?
Did i burn um?
Or is it a deficiency?
A little history i guess i havent been being shy with the food. Lotta watering and lotta food so i dont get it!
Its only on one of the plants but all the plants are still sick looking with droopy leaves.
