Looks like you all might be having some reform in your state. It's not much but a start, and that's better than nothing. 2.5 ounces for terminally ill people, at least the terminal are getting the compassion they all deserve.

Spread the word, and if you know or are from Minnesota make sure you do the right thing....support and help.

I say this cause Minnesota is a very dangerous place politically and especially with law enforcement. If any of you recall this past summer and some of the raids that were going on in that state you will understand.

For those that don't go here...scary stuff. Remember this is America when you read and watch these videos.

Minnesota is an odd bird, so progressive in some areas, but very repressive in others. I lived there for 20+ years. I hope they can make headway this time.

I'm on the border of Mn,and the Governor Tim Palenty has said many times he'll veto any MJ bill that is put in front of him.
So if this does happen it will most likely happen after he's gone,IMO

UPDATE:
http://www.mpp.org/states/minnesota/alerts...tee-passes.html (http://www.mpp.org/states/minnesota/alerts/minnesota-committee-passes.html)

Victory! Yesterday, the Minnesota House Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight committee voted 9-6 in favor of MPP's medical marijuana bill, which would protect seriously ill Minnesotans from arrest and jail for using their doctor-recommended medicine.

After our victory in the Senate last week, Governor Pawlenty confirmed that he remains opposed to the legislation ... so we urgently need you to contact Governor Pawlenty now.

You will have the most influence by sending the governor a handwritten letter. You can find his contact information and some talking points here. It's imperative that he understands the wide and deep support this compassionate measure enjoys before it reaches his desk.

On Monday, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune ran a fantastic op-ed by the daughter of a medical marijuana patient. Please take a minute to read it — and if you are moved by this heart-wrenching story, please write a letter to the governor.

Taking action just takes a minute, and cancer, HIV/AIDS, and multiple sclerosis patients across the state are depending on your help.

Thank you for supporting MPP. Please pass this along to your friends, family, and e-mail lists, and urge them to take action today.

Thats great news Tom but Pawlenty is a dick head and will most likely veto it.
You know whats funny,I know for a fact that Pawlenty smoked weed and did coke before he was elected Governor.
