I went on holiday for 2 wks and my girls brother babysat my plants. They were switched to 12/12 the day I left as it was time.I left him all the instrutions he could ever need.I even made up the feed for him.Fool-proof you would think.Obviously not.The prick forgot all my instructions,by-passed the big bottle of feed I left him, went into my Hesi box of nutes and for best part of 2 wks has been feedin them PowerZyme(Enzyme extract). Most have shown good signs of the start of flowering but afew of the leaves on some of the plants are quite dry, crispy & burnt. This pissed me right off as I jus got all the folage lookin beautiful & lush after feedin the plants carbonated mineral water in the early days & causing similar lookin damage. What,if anything, should I do?What long term damage will it cause?Reduced potentcy and end product? Please help as this is my first flowering stage(1st grow)and was really lookin forward to watchin bud appear before my very eyes.As a first grow things have gone amazingly well and almost problem free(thanks to alot of research and you guys giving me invaluable advice and guidance). So for it all to fall apart now would break my heart. Thanks in advance,

shit bro, thats what happens when you take the risk of letting someone else watch over your plants.
I suggest feeding them with very weak nute mixtures if you are going to use nutes before they recover.
Any pictures would help though, how badly burnt are the leaves bro?
Usually leaves described as "burnt and crispy" dont come back to teh way that they were, they just regrow new ones from the new nodes up.
I can only think of suggesting that you take it easy on them until their damage starts repairing. if that man of the leaves were fooked up on them by what he did then you may even have to consider vegging them for a bit longer so they get some better budsites. Flowering it as it is now could lead to a very small yield if there arent enough leaves to feed the plant.
Sorry to hear of your troubles man...

It's only been a couple of weeks, and from what you said it sounds as though you have forced flowered them as only most of them are showing signs of flowering. I think you're fine to continue flowering, as kochab said give them a decent dose of nutes. If you have an ec/ppm meter I'd say to give them 1.6 ec, which is equivalent to 1120ppm (if you have a hanna meter then the ppm would read http://www.skunkskool.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mega_shok.gif0).

Cheers guys, thats made me feel abit better.Girls are in bed at the moment but as soon as lights come on Ill get some photos done.Ive taken photos all the way thru so Ill get them put in the Grow Diary section.Hopefully get some pointers from you guys. Its not loads of burnt leaves, jus afew on most of the plants. One of them wasnt affected at all.Funnily enough its the one showing the biggest change to flowerin and when I started it from clone it took bloody ages to start rootin. At one stage it was so limp and floppy with no root growth that I nearly binned it.The rest of them cloned at same time took no time at all.In the end I took it out of the rookwool and jus stuck in a pot with an established plant.Soon came back to life with growth. But when I tried to take it out,I damaged nearly all the new root.Repotted it anyway but again took ages to reroot. Now,although the smallest,(19ins) she's ahead of the rest!Hard little bitch! Would she of been good to clone due to her resilience?Bit late now,but still possible,'spose.
When you say I forced flower them,is that coz Im supposed to wait for signs of pre-flower and instead I flowered due to their height. All but one were 15-18ins.The other was 36in(3ft)Aquired at different time. Its the big one thats showing the least signs of flowerin.
Sorry guys, I tend to waffle once I got my head down typing.Nice one again & Ill catch you later.

PS Skunk, jus out of intrest are you a northener or southener. Its jus we all talk to people on line and dont ave a clue where they are.Are there many other UK users here.Seems to me theres more Americans than anyone else, which is cool as we get an insight into there sence over there and how they do things.
Where is a good place to get a EC meter and pH meter?Been meanin to get them but the few I found were way too dear.£60-http://www.skunkskool.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mega_shok.gif ea.Lot of money for a meter.I have so many other things to buy as well,a decent cheap one would be cool.Lookin at switchin to Hydro soon as well so will definetly need them then.Clay pebbles maybe.Dont know yet.

If the leaves havent been that damaged then continue with flowering as you were going to.
If they are just now starting to flower not too long ago you can cut a clone from the "hearty" girl but it will be a bit harder to get to root than it originally was....
I look forward to see your journal!
